Greetings, Friend!  Happy crisp and delightful autumn to you!  I wonder what autumn is like where you are.  

Here, even in sunny Florida, USA, this time of year we enjoy an unmistakeable crispness to the air and water, both of which carry so much heat for most of the year. I love walking any time of year, but especially in this weather.  

Many a a countless time I have walked the beaches, saying affirmations repeatedly.  It is amazing how well they really work!  I would like to share one of my favorites that I crafted for myself, as I tend to be a busy bee, often falling back into the swirl of "things to do" from my hard-earned peaceful precipice.  When this happens, I enthusiastically remind myself, EVERYTHING IS TAKEN CARE OF - I AM FREE TO BE!  Even if it doesn't seem true, the melting back to that peaceful knowing of Truth beyond the veil happens eventually as things cold and dark eventually warm and brighten in the Light of Consciousness.

From this peaceful place, it is easier to tune into intuition, hear guidance from wherever it may come, and streamline efforts creating less busy-ness and more productivity.

I hope this phrase becomes a dear friend to you, as it has me, and soothes your frazzled nerves, bringing renewal and magic.
