Now onto more about the stars ahead...
June 2021 Astrology ~ QUADRUPLE BOOM!
June is one of the most astrologically active months of the whole year of 2021 with the perfect storm brewing from 4 major factors:
- Mercury Retrograde in Gemini, a sign ruled Mercury
- A Solar eclipse in Gemini
- Jupiter retrograde
- The 2nd of 3 major outer aspect connections of Saturn and Uranus
Here is a summary of the likely affects and see my June 2021 individual horoscopes for tips on how to best manage these effects:
~ Plans and other things that seemed certain will be cast into uncertainty or be tested
~ Dramatic eclipse news will show up bringing surprise trajectory shifts - powerful endings and exciting new beginnings
~ Routine and the matrix of your life patterns could radically change - major karma melting off revealing new opportunities that couldn’t have been imagined before or the fulfillment of life dreams
~ New information could seem to come in daily - making decisions and choices will be very hard in this time
~ Major world events - weather and earth changes, political, and in every other area in life from global down to personal
~ Since eclipse season coincides with Mercury retrograde time, there will be key people and situations from the past that re-emerge as very relevant
~ The clash of subjective definitions of freedom and accountability on the individual up through global levels
~ The topics of toxins, pollution, and disease - issues and solutions
The Sagittarius eclipse in May is still also having effects and could bring major news in June. Eclipses in the Sagittarius/Gemini polarity, as we have in May a Lunar Eclipse in Sagittarius at 5°, and June 10 a Solar Eclipse at 19° of Gemini, tend to activate travel, move along publishing projects, bring focus to transportation and communication (and their devices
or modes), and highlight topics of teaching and learning methods and plans of education. Also check out my May and June 2021 horoscopes videos on Youtube to hear about what other areas of life will be highlighted for each sign from the eclipses.
Also check out my videos: Eclipses in Sagittarius and Eclipses in Gemini as they each will hold relevance for all signs in June 2021. Watch my June 2021 Youtube videos or listen to the corresponding syndicated podcast to hear more Must-Knows for your sign and 10 Must-Knows about the Quad Boom.
Eclipses are connected to the North and South Node placements, which are linked to our karma and dharma, the gifts and blocks we were born into, and the Highest Destiny that calls to us beneath the heaviness of the karmic storylines.
All of June will bring more focus inward and backward, bringing you back to old creative projects, connecting with old friends and family you haven’t seen, and bringing you back to places that you have been in the past. The retrograde energies can tend to test present and future plans and call them into question. If you are unsure about something at this time, hold off from moving forward
if you can. More information will be revealed in the coming weeks and more clarity will come towards the end of June and into July. July 8 through September 7 is our next open window that is completely free of Mercury retrograde energy. This heralds a time of more clarity and the return to more ease in forward movement.
Projects, studies, and other endeavors that have more flexibility are better all June and into early July. Gemini energies are fantastic for study and research, especially when there is freedom of flow with self-study or other flexible options. Also, the need for our flexibility will increase as the month goes on, as plans and circumstances will likely enter a state of flux. This can be
fine and actually fun if you can muster going with the flow instead of trying to aim for an ever moving target. You might not experience what you planned but it could turn out even better than you intended.
The continuation of an excess of Gemini transits plus the eclipse in Gemini will bring a notable restlessness that for many will involve travel, even if it is just local running around or renewal of social connections still finding their ground in the wake of Covid-19. If you are a writer, speaker, or any type of creator, the energy this month will soar with creative possibilities and the
rush of inspiration and support for your creative efforts could be surprisingly strong.
For those who can’t or don’t want to travel, the desire to spruce up, do home improvement projects, or take fun day trips will be very strong and well-supported.
Take extra care while driving, walking, moving in any way as the eclipse season in Gemini brings movement and mobility into the forefront and it also adds an extra element of distractedness. Now would be a great time to stop texting while driving or walking (biking or whatever way you move around) as paying attention at key moments when someone else isn’t could protect you or help you
protect someone else. It may also serve you to get device protection or insurance as the odds of things like dropping phones in the toilet or leaving them on the roof of your car is increased.
There is also a strong theme of Cancer as several planets move through this sign in June. Home, family, housing, real estate, inner work/psychology, home-based employment are all more likely to move front and center in our experience.
June - October we have more challenging aspects than sweet ones. We will feel this but there are still plenty of sweet spots to savor (see below).
Sweet boosts are more likely on or around these days: 2, 3, 10, 12, 13, 21, 23, and 24.
Drama or stress are more likely in the days around: 5, 10, 12, 13, 14, 16, 17, 22, 23, and 28.

** Note: Often the effects of planetary transits are felt before or after the actual day the transit occurs. Also note that dates may shift a day or so depending on your time zone. Also note that general transits can effect people differently depending on many factors, including transits to the individuals personal
charts.
June 2 — Sun in Gemini Sextile Chiron in Aries — This transit opens up an opportunity to consciously identify ways you could facilitate greater levels of healing, strengthening and balancing. It is likely that a pattern of thinking is holding you in place, and this transit can help you identify and unpack this pattern, making it easier for you to rewrite it.
June 3 — Sun in Gemini Trine Saturn in Aquarius — Venus in Cancer Trine Jupiter in Pisces — This is a great time to actively seek order and balance all along the spectrum of your being, starting with your thoughts. This works very well with the residual effects of the previous transit. You can achieve so much through organization, and the confidence you feel when everything is in its right place, both internally and externally. You are likely to find that any progress in favor
of greater organization immediately feels good, especially if you begin at home. With the blessing of the trine between Venus and Jupiter, you are very likely to feel very comfortable with whatever changes you decide to make.
June 5 — Mercury in Gemini Square Neptune in Pisces — Mars in Cancer Opposing Pluto in Capricorn — While your imagination may soar during this time, make sure you are keeping an eye on practical matters as well, as there is a tendency to feel a little spacey under this influence. You can make great use of this transit in a creative space, or any activity you find to be meditative. Be
extra careful with your personal information and other security issues. Taking precautions in these areas before this time could help protect you when this time comes. The Mars/Pluto aspect can make egos and tempers flare. This is a transit that comes with a warning to not antagonize unstable people or to test others. You may feel more on edge at this time, try to avoid doing anything rash as decisions made in anger now could bring effects that last must longer than the transit itself.
June 10 — New Moon Solar Eclipse at 19° of Gemini — Sun Conjunct Mercury in Gemini — You may feel a bit restless on this day, like you just want to stir some things up. So long as you remain responsible and accountable for your words and actions, stirring things up can be a positive thing, but just make sure you’re sticking to you own affairs, and not meandering into the business of others. This is a great opportunity to set practical goals for yourself, though you
might feel tempted to make a few unrealistic wishes. You may find yourself traveling or planning a future trip, or writing or dreaming of a future book or blog. It is time to make New Moon Wishes on all topics of Gemini. See my blog to help you maximize these potentials, Making Powerful New Moon in Gemini Wishes.
June 12-13 — Venus in Cancer Square Chiron in Aries — Venus in Cancer Sextile Uranus in Taurus — This is an ideal time to fine tune your means of tending to your health and wellbeing, particularly at home. This could look something like making a new space in your house for relaxing, meditating, exercising, or anything that shifts your focus from “out there” to “in here.” Just do so with
ease and caution. Small changes have the potential to yield surprising results, and you are likely to feel these benefits in your physical body and close family relationships. A family situation may come up that could test your sense of self or push your boundaries in some other way. Profound healing could come from your attention to whatever shows up like this.
June 13 — Venus in Cancer Inconjunct Saturn in Aquarius — Sun in Gemini Square Neptune in Pisces — You may be especially susceptible to deception at this time. You may find yourself looking upon an illusion, believing it to be real. Your attention may be momentarily diverted, much like the way an illusionist will use a bright flash to draw the attention of the audience away from the sleight of
hand trick. So pay close attention, and take your time when it comes to arriving at conclusions.
June 14 — Saturn in Aquarius Square Uranus in Taurus — This aspect brings some of the most defining themes of 2021. It first happened February 17, June 14 is the second pass, with the third coming on December 24, but the manifestations are not limited to those days and will be in effect all year with hots spots at least 6 weeks before and after each exact hit. Check out my detailed video on the topic.
This transit is all about breaking down old systems in order to make space for new ones. Some may be driven to rebel, or behave rashly, while others will take a more responsible approach. Of course, the latter is highly recommended. You might feel tempted to expect greater changes than are possible. Idealism can be a wonderful thing, especially when it inspires and governs active
compassion, but there is always the risk of measuring the quality of the present against an unrealistic ideal in some hypothetical future. Rather than striking at random, or challenging any and all representations of authority, you might want to keep this as an inside job. It is always wise to remember, “we must be the change we wish to see in the world.”
June 16 - 17 — Sun in Gemini Inconjunct Pluto in Capricorn — This is a natural follow up to the previous transit. There is likely to be some kind of schism between the changes you perceive to be necessary at the societal level and the changes that are actually called for. The inconjuction serves as a kind of forcefield between the Sun in Gemini and Pluto in Capricorn, which can create a bit of a blind spot regarding the relationship between individual perceptions and collective
realities. Master this transit by remaining humble, civil, and compassionate.
June 20 — Jupiter Retrograde Begins — When Jupiter goes into retrograde, it may feel like a helping hand has suddenly been withdrawn. The reality is, it’s more like a time in which you are given the opportunity to refine your ability to stand on your own. Jupiter retrograde creates the incentive to make your own luck, and the best way to discover your special formula is to turn your attention inward. What are your top priorities, how does your current lifestyle,
worldview, or purpose measure against your values. Also, even though it may seem that forward movement in certain areas has stalled, the work could have moved to the backdrop, behind the scenes, but it is really still progressing. Jupiter retro is a time to assess where we may have overextended and is an invitation to streamline efforts and have more power for fewer prioritized projects. This transit shows us where we are wasting energy and usually offers ways to get more done with less
effort.
June 21 — Venus in Cancer Trine Neptune in Pisces — Beauty seems to stand out at this time, which makes it easier to seek, find, and create. It also has more of a positive impact on your emotional well being. You may have an enhanced artistic eye under this transit, so make sure you use it!
June 22 — Mercury Goes Direct — When Mercury is in retrograde, communication and technology have a greater chance of going awry. Now that Mercury is going direct, stability should begin to resume. It is a good idea to refrain from immediately returning to normalcy, since it takes some time for Mercury’s somewhat mischievous influence to fully subside.
June 23-24 — Sun in Cancer Trine Jupiter in Pisces — Venus in Cancer Opposing Pluto in Capricorn — Saturn in Aquarius Sextile Chiron in Aries — You are likely to feel a strong sense of vitality at this time, and you can use this feeling to advance through any area of your life. At the same time, with Venus in Cancer opposing Pluto in Capricorn, you might be easily distracted, seduced by addiction, or driven to excess. With Saturn in Aquarius making a sextile to Chiron in Aries,
the pressures placed upon society may be registering in your life as pressure in your body in need of a constructive outlet and the odds of you finding one are expanded! The Saturn/Chiron aspect can bring profound healing and transformation, it is excellent for healing from the feeling of victimhood and stepping into empowerment.
June 24 — Full Moon at 3° Capricorn — Remember those practical goals you had the opportunity to set for yourself back on the new Moon Solar Eclipse? This full moon gives you an opportunity to check your progress. You are very likely to be seeing the results of the intentions you set back on June 10th. Were any of your wishes unrealistic? This full moon will make it easier identify which goals are worth prioritizing. There is massive power for
planting seeds for employment or business success or reaching exciting milestones on that journey. Check out my blog, Powerful Full Moon in Capricorn Reveal and Release Ceremony.
June 28 — Venus in Leo Inconjunct Jupiter in Pisces — This transit can push you to overextend yourself, exaggerate, or bite off more than you can chew. Venus in Leo can manifest as a desire for drama, and with the inconjunction standing in the way of Jupiter in Pisces, the awareness of your limit may elude you. Therefore, you might find yourself suddenly in the thick of some kind of dramatic dynamic before you can know how you got there. So it is best to take
your time, acting with ease and care to maintain peace, functionality, and joy. You might feel drawn to spend a bunch of money that you later regret or an expense could come up that you didn’t prepare for. Knowing this transit is coming can encourage you to set a little extra money aside before now so that if this occurs, you are ready.
