Hello, :)

It is eclipse time again! Plus, we have some other things to keep in our awareness.  Check out the details below...

September 2015  ~ "WHOOSH!"

Definition of "WHOOSH" (according to Google web search) -
verb
move or cause to move quickly or suddenly with a rushing sound.
"a train whooshed by"
noun
a sudden movement accompanied by a rushing sound.
"there was a big whoosh of air"
exclamation
used to imitate a rushing movement and sound.
This word, sound, movement, experience is the best way to summarize the energy of eclipses.  Eclipse season happens twice a year and is accompanied by the sudden whooshing out of some aspect of experience and the equally as sudden whooshing in of glowing opportunities. The eclipse time beautifully embodies the energetic law that energy is neither created nor destroyed, it only changes form. Changes are sudden, often surprising, and can bring the best and worst news, all in a short period of time.
Although the actual eclipses occur officially for a few moments in time, their influence and stories start before the actual event, and the effects run long after.  One can feel the manifestations of an eclipse start up to 6 weeks before the event, or longer depending on when the series of eclipses started. It often takes up to 6 months for the "story" of the eclipse to be told, and could be over 2 years for the bigger picture of the event, as this is how long a series of eclipses can be in effect for.
This set of eclipses mark movement towards the ending of the Aries-Libra eclipses (The last in the set is in March 2016). This series has been running since October 2013.  The previous cycle of the Aries-Libra eclipses was from 2004-2006.  The theme of the polarity of Aries and Libra is "ME vs. WE".  Think back to the last cycle at how redefinition of self vs. relationships was dominant, then compare the experiences from Fall 2013 through now.  During these times, many relationships ended, began, were notably redefined, and the nature of relationship to self was radically transformed.  Eclipse changes happen on many levels from the very obvious effects to the more subtle experiences. This theme really continues through Fall 2016 because even though the last official eclipse happens in March 2016, the influence of that event stretches out up to 6 months after.
At the same time as this theme is in major process, the Pisces-Virgo eclipses began as a new theme overlaying the Aries-Libra polarity.  This additional layer brings stories of "Order vs. Chaos" and "Form vs. Formlessness". Other topics of this polarity include: the Body-Mind connection, healing, health, diet, fears, addictions, yoga, meditation, pets/animals, nutrition,  medical tests and procedures, daily routines, work and home environment, sabbaticals, rest, quiet, and connection to the Divine. This theme began in early 2015 and its influence will run through 2017. The last time this influence was in effect was 1996-1997.
During eclipse season, it is not the time to force or initiate major changes, but rather a time to respond to the news and events that occur.  Things can change on a dime so great flexibility and awareness assists in making the most of opportunities and dealing with possible crisis.  The strongest part of this eclipse season, August-October, also has the influences of both Venus and Mercury being in retrograde or shadow of the retrogrades, further solidifying the best approach to wait and watch, rather than forging forward.  Continuing to work on projects in the backdrop and preparing for launches toward the end of October, all of November and early December are good use of the time.  After the news comes in and a more clear direction is visible, any movement forward will carry greater and more graceful effects.

** Note that often the effects of planetary transits are felt before or after the actual day that the transit occurs.
September 5th -- Sun in Virgo Trine Pluto in Capricorn -- This transit brings a little boost to personal power.  Soak it in!  You will need it to stay present during the major changes ahead.
September 6th -- Venus Direct in Leo (Post-Retrograde Shadow Period runs through October 9th) -- The planet of love, beauty and money ends its official review of the past but hold your horses for big decisions and launched until the end of October if possible!
September 9th -- Mercury in Libra Square Pluto in Capricorn -- This is the first of two of these same transits this month, the second is on September 24th. In the several days around each of these events look out for "stinkin' thinkin'".  Suspicion, negativity, and possibly flat-out harassment is more likely. Breathe and wait before acting so as not to regret emotion reactions that are exaggerated for the situation.
September 13th -- New Moon/Partial Solar Eclipse at 20 degrees of Virgo -- New opportunities come in!  Work place harmony, animals, diet/health, routine, daily surroundings all have an increased chance of a long-term boost and/or intense focus.
September 16th/17th -- Jupiter in Virgo Opposing Neptune in Pisces -- The two planets that represent different aspects of idealism clash at this time.  Because each these are "outer" planets, they take a while to make their full orbit, so the influence of their connection lasts an extended amount of time. A sensitive person would feel this aspect months before and after its actual occurrence. One of the big lessons with this connection is the letting go of unrealistic ideals, also could be seen as a forced maturation of what one views as "ideal". Imagine a child who dreams of a life of pink ponies, butterflies, and wildflowers an open field...then as an adult they finally create having a farm and the horses are brown and the wildflowers are covered with snow most of the year, then there is the dedicated care of the animals and the smell of horse poop.  In the embracing of the duality of the ideal one can reach the bliss of transcendence.  This is the type of transit that assists this process but it usually through some act of letting go.
September 17th -- Mercury Retrograde in Libra -- Here we go again!  This common transit, which started its shadow on August 29th, officially goes retrograde today through October 8th, with the post-shadow period lasting through October 24th.  Be prepared for cars and other vehicles, phones and other devices/electronics, to "act up".  Miscommunications abound and people show up as a "blast from the past".  This is a fantastic time to go back to unfinished projects and bring them to a higher stage of completion. Anything unresolved in the areas of communication and transportation will bring "opportunities" for further resolution.
September 23rd -- Fall Equinox -- A power day of equal light and dark, this is a fantastic time for ceremony and intending balance in all endeavors and experience.
September 25th -- Pluto Direct in Capricorn -- The inner work of the previous months will start to give strong signs of moving forward soon.  Once the Mercury and Venus retrograde transit energies clear up at the end of October, Pluto will also have regained full steam and things move forward in astounding ways, especially in the areas of business, career, and life purpose.
September 25th -- Mars in Virgo Square Saturn in Sagittarius -- Obstacles in your path feel more frustrating now bringing the urge to force movement or results.  Don't do it!  This is a time to respond to things that are happening, not instigate it.  These theme is further supported by the eclipses where responding rather than initiating is the mantra.
September 27th -- Full Moon/Total Lunar Eclipse at 4 degrees of Aries -- Something is eclipsed out of your experience.  Aries energy rules the "self" bringing a strong theme of dissolution of some aspect of self in favor some other focus outside of the self.
