June 2024 Astrology ~ CAPITALIZING on COSMIC MOMENTUM (+ a major NASTY aspect and an epic AWESOME one)

Here are some top points to know about the June 2024 Astrology. See my June 2024 Horoscope Videos/Podcasts  for more details and also in the date specific notes towards the end of this written report:

1. This is the first month in a while that we have around the same amount of clearly positive aspects as ones that are challenged. We still have many things to celebrate this month (I will go into the top points below) so this shift in the sweet vs. salty profile of aspects this month doesn’t have to hold too much weight. The main thing to know is that this is the type of month that will have periodic speed humps that will be annoying but mostly pass quickly and for every one of those points, there is a matching wonderful connection in the stars to help you make lemonade of any lemons that come your way.

2. As of May 14, we are out of the web of Mercury retrograde and June is COMPLETELY OPEN AND FREE from personal planet retrogrades and their shadow periods, giving us much free flow until around July 17, when the Mercury retro shadow period starts again. This is our second to last open period free from personal planet retrogrades of the year and the last one will be super short so make the most of this forward movement for your big plans, major decisions, future planning, and doing anything that you want to be in effect for a long time. RECAP: This current open period free from personal planet retros last from May 14 - July 16. Make the most of it because we will also have a Mars retro period with a long shadow period that will dominate the last months of the year and cause many slow downs.

This open period favors big launches, major decisions, clarity for present and future planning, commitments, contracts, events, trips, and general ease and flow compared to the retro when scheduling can be a nightmare.

3. We are out of the heat of the Aries/Libra eclipse season that rocked March and April and lingered into May. 

Enjoy the short break to integrate the changes that came and prepare for the next round which will start to fire up in August.

4. The two main zodiac stars this month are Gemini and Cancer!

Mars will flow through the whole sign of Aries in May and early June and this will continue the extra zest and motivation that have been present for several months.

The Sun, Mercury, and Venus in Gemini AND JUPITER in Gemini promise to make this month BUSY! From constant social interactions (online or in person), to a hectic scheduling of commuting around getting things done, going to events, and short or long distance travel, this month will not be a time for rest.

Gemini energy brings the tendency towards voracious learning, and it is the perfect time to enroll in courses for your professional or personal development or anything else that is fun and interesting to you. Gemini energy likes to get its fingers in a lot of pudding pies, lol, so scatteredness will be a major theme. The faster moving planets will blow through Gemini quickly but Jupiter in Gemini will be working for a whole year, so some opportunities that arise now, may take you on a journey that has something notable about that timeframe.

Gemini is ruled by Mercury and when there is a transit through its native sign, it enhances the expression. Plus all of the other energies in Gemini makes the odds increase of adaptability, quick thinking, and curiosity expressing strongly. You may have extra mental acuity at this time and your curiosity may lead you to some interesting and surprisingly long term ventures. Of course, trust your intuition, because it is not always favorable to follow EVERY curiosity.

Excess is likely and your Gemini-ruled respiratory system may be under extra duress. Keeping with your health protocols through this time may guard from illness and trying to keep centered and have your wits about you in the midst of the distracting Gemini energies may help keep you safe. 

As the month progresses, the Cancer energies start to shift into dominion. This slows down the focus away from the realm of doing and into the realm of feeling. Opportunities for retreat and connected family time will abound.

Gemini also enhancing writing and speaking projects and can bring focus to modes of transportation. If you need a new vehicle or want to publish blogs, a book, or a course, this energy can be fantastic for all of it.

Home, family, and housing-related topics tend to come front and center during Cancer transits. If you have to improve your home, buy or sell a home, find roommates or tenants, or move, June into the first half of July (really starting mid-May through mid-July) has extra great energy for this.

Mars will still be in Aries for the first part of June, adding to the excess and continuing a long flow of obsessive focus. Since the stars are great for forward movement, you can use Mars flowing through its own sign to get a lot done in a short amount of time. You may find that you have been off-the-charts productive in recent times on something that you are very interested in or motivated to push through. That energy will continue until around June 10 when Mars shifts into Taurus and may direct you to more practical and mundane matters and shift you into the mindset of the tortoise, “slow and steady wins the race”, instead of the hare, hopping wildly but wearing out sooner (which is how Mars in Aries manifests).

Sweet boosts are more likely on or around these days: 2, 3-4, 4, 11, 12-13, 13, 21, 26, and 28-29.

Drama or stress are more likely in the days around: 8, 9, 11, 16, 17, 18, 22, and 28.

Aspects that can manifest either way dates: 4, 6, 14, 17 and 21.

June 6 ~ New Moon at 16° of Gemini ~

The New Moon is a time for planting seeds, and in Gemini, it’s particularly potent for intentions that involve all forms of communication, social events, and learning/exploring.

Three great ways to use this Gemini New Moon are:

• Reflect and Write: Spend time reflecting on your current communication skills and set specific, achievable goals to improve them. For instance, you might want to become better at expressing your emotions, or perhaps you want to learn how to effectively communicate your ideas at work.

• Networking Events: Attend networking events or social gatherings that align with your interests. Make an effort to meet and engage with new people.

• Explore a New Hobby: Gemini's versatility could be well expressed through taking up a new hobby that requires mental engagement, such as chess, puzzle solving, or learning a new language.

June 21 ~ Full Moon at 1° of Capricorn ~

The Full Moon is a great time to take important actions, especially ones aligned with the areas of life ruled by the sign that the Full Moon is in. During a Capricorn Full Moon, it can be a great time to:

• Do a Professional Review: Evaluate your current career path and progress. Are you where you want to be? What can you improve? Perhaps

• Declutter Your Workspace: A clean workspace can improve focus and efficiency. Take the time to organize your physical and digital workspace.

• Commit to a Challenge: Start a 30-day challenge that relates to self-improvement, whether it’s waking up early, exercising, or reading before bed.

ASPECTS TO BE EXTRA CAREFUL & AWAREFUL:

Most of the challenged aspects we have this month are Squares. You will feel these pressure points scattered throughout the month giving opportunities to push through blocks with communication, money, relationships, and weak points in self-belief.

June 11 ~ The most notable of these and the one that will have the longest duration of manifestation time and has the potential to be the nastiest is the square with Mars in Taurus and Pluto in Aquarius. 

While the aspect officially occurs in the days around June 11, you could be feeling this at least a week or more BEFORE AND AFTER that date.

Blow-up’s, exaggerated and dangerous responses, ego conflicts, power struggles, violence, you name it, this one has it all! The God of War and the God of Death are facing off in a tough angle, so anything is possible.

During these type of transits I always suggest getting to a safe space if your situation is already volatile because this can spark challenges that are already just under the surface. It can also bring aggression out of people who aren’t usually that way. This is not a time to honk at a reckless driver or tell off someone who could change your employment fate.

This can, however, be a fantastic time to safely delve into anger issues or do other inner work, with qualified practitioners who can support you if you uncover something overwhelming. This can also be a great time for making quiet internal decisions and using the power of the combination to begin making private plans for future changes when the intensity of the transit fades and the news may going over better for those who have to be told.

Look out for stern authority figures or ‘reality checks’ during these times. Saturn represents the task master and wants things done correctly in the right time. Gemini is not known for attention to details and is often distracted so these times could represent a force requiring you to get certain things done that you don’t have the energy, desire, or will to do. Short bursts of productivity throughout the day instead of one tedious sit may help you to accomplish goals at this time.

June 16 ~ Venus in Gemini Square Neptune in Pisces 

June 17 ~ Mercury in Gemini Square Neptune in Pisces

This sequence could bring disillusionment or deception. Scatteredness may lead to critical mistakes. Proofreading (or having help doing this) could help to avoid embarrassment or other issues at this time. Be extra cautious with communication. These times are more likely that a voice message gets sent to someone randomly who shouldn’t hear what was being said, or other mistakes in communication.

MY TOP FAVE ASPECTS OF JUNE 2024:

Remember that you can experience the good vibes BEFORE and AFTER the dates listed as the web of influence extends beyond the day of exact connection.

Even though there are a number of nuisance aspects this month, plus the humdinger already mentioned above, there are SO many wonderful aspects. 

Hands-down, the most influential positive aspect of this month is a rare coming together of Jupiter in Gemini with Pluto in Aquarius.

June 2 ~ Jupiter in Gemini Trine Pluto in Aquarius

The strongest effects of this transit will be from around May 19 - June 20, but it definitely is at work before and after that window.

The transit of Jupiter in Gemini trine Pluto in Aquarius is a highly favorable astrological event that combines Jupiter's expansive and intellectual energy with Pluto’s transformative power, both in air signs, facilitating significant personal and global changes.

On a personal level, this transit enhances intellectual pursuits, making it an excellent time for deep learning and exploring complex subjects that might transform personal beliefs and perspectives.

Additionally, this time can be leveraged for studying and research, as the ability to penetrate beneath the surface of subjects to extract deeper meanings is heightened.

June 4 ~  Mercury in Gemini Conjunct Jupiter in Gemini

ONE OF THE LUCKIEST ASPECTS OF THE YEAR!

We had two other aspects with Jupiter in April and now this is the third in the personal planet conjunction series.

Amazing ideas can proliferate, be ready to write them down! There will likely be too many to implement at once! Great news, awesome test scores, acceptance letters, and other positive reports are more likely at this time.

June 26 ~ Mercury in Cancer Trine Saturn in Pisces
