July 2024 Astrology ~ FIVE SWEET VENUS ASPECTS BRING THE GOLDEN GOODIES! + more!

Here are some top points to know about the July 2024 Astrology. See my July 2024 Horoscope Videos/Podcasts  for more details and also in the date specific notes towards the end of this written report:

1. Positive aspects ratio is back on top this month! Just by a hair, but we’ll take it! We have a TON of awesome aspects with Venus this month. Venus has a wide rulership - love, relationships, money, finances, nurturance, aesthetics, and more! So many chances for blessings in these areas this month. I will list these special Venus transits in my “Fave aspects of the Month” section later in this report.

2. As of July 17, we are back in the web of the Mercury retrograde cycle. We only have one more open slot free from personal planet retrogrades and their shadow periods this year so make the most of this forward movement for your big plans, major decisions, future planning, and doing anything that you want to be in effect for a long time. This open period BEFORE July 17, favors big launches, major decisions, clarity for present and future planning, commitments, contracts, events, trips, and general ease and flow compared to the retro when scheduling can be a nightmare. Mars shadow and then retro will take up the last part of the year, plus one more Mercury retro. This double retro bam will slow things done and make it much harder to rely on others to do what they are supposed to do! Also, you might lose your ambition so take advantage of any oomph you have now!

3. We are out still out of the heat of the Aries/Libra eclipse but it will start to flare again in August and be full on in September & October, trailing some into November. 

Enjoy the remaining break in July integrate the changes that came in the Spring (Fall for you all down under) and prepare for the next round which will start to fire up in soon.

4. The two main zodiac stars this month are Cancer and Leo!

The Sun moves predominantly through Cancer this month, with some drips of Mercury finishing up in Cancer early in the month, and Venus in Cancer through July 11.

Mercury will flow through the whole sign of Leo in July, Venus will get there July 12 and the Sun will join the party July 23.

Cancer energies will bring focus to home, family, housing, real estate, and your inner world. You may find yourself returning back to a place that was home or feels like home or have people who are, or feel like family, come to you. Emotions may run higher than usual but that could also be a good thing, coming in the form of beautiful time shared making wonderful memories and many precious moments caught on film and permanently imprinted in your heart.

Leo brings zesty FUN! Focus on children or creative “babies”, implementing your plan to check things off your “bucket list”, or exuberant time engaged in hobbies or other self-expression. It can be a great time to study something that is fun for you.

5. Mars will finish up in Taurus by July 21. Try to use the perseverance that this combo can provide because once Mars goes into Gemini on that same day, distraction will reign supreme. Mars will stay in Gemini until September 6 so be prepared to keep up a busy pace, a little more wild than you may want your summer resting time, but full of things that you may not have had time for during other parts of the year. The butterfly is the perfect embodiment of Gemini energy so understanding that energy will help you understand what will be present at this time. Because we are coming off of a long stretch of extended energy in Gemini from other transits, the energetics will be consistent with that of the last couple of months - going everywhere, doing everything , extracting the sweet goodness of nectar all over the place.

Gemini energy is great for social interactions, travel, writing/editing, and learning. Gemini also rules communication devices and vehicles or other modes of transportation. If you need a new one of any of those, you may have a more clear contract and less trouble from what you buy if you make your purchases before the Mercury retro shadow starts on July 17. You can also use one of the great Venus dates I will go into below for making the purchases to add extra goodness to the potentials.

Excess is likely and your Gemini-ruled respiratory system may be under extra duress. Keeping with your health protocols through this time may guard from illness and trying to keep centered and have your wits about you in the midst of the distracting Gemini energies may help keep you safe. 

Note, when a date is listed more than once for a sweet or salty, that is because there are MULTIPLE aspects that day!

Sweet boosts are more likely on or around these days: 2, 5, 8, 10, 11, 18, 20, 21, 21, 21, 25, and 30.

Drama or stress are more likely in the days around: 3, -6, 12, 15, 15, 21, 22-23, 25, 26, and 26.

Aspects that can manifest either way dates: 4, 6, 14, 17 and 21.

July 5 New Moon at 14° of Cancer ~

The New Moon is a time for planting seeds, and in Cancer, it’s particularly potent for intentions that involve all forms of home, housing, real estate, family, and your inner world/emotional realm.

Four great ways to use this Cancer New Moon are:

• Make strides towards your perfect home

• Spruce up your home space or create sacred space within

• Be with family or others who feel like family

• Journal or channel your emotions in other positive ways

July 21 ~ Full Moon at 29° of Capricorn ~ BLUE FULL MOON!

This is the second Full Moon in a sign in a row (the last one was 1° of Capricorn Full Moon on June 21). There is also something very unique about this that I will post about closer to the time ;)

The Full Moon is a great time to take important actions, especially ones aligned with the areas of life ruled by the sign that the Full Moon is in. During a Capricorn Full Moon, it can be a great time to:

• Evaluate Your Work situation

• Advance Your Professional Potential with Education

• Work on a 1 year/5 year/10 year Strategy for Your Career or Employment (if you don’t need to work, you can get a plan together for ways you can show up out in the world with your gifts, even if you don’t intend to receive money for the offerings).

July 3 ~ Mercury in Leo Opposing Pluto in Aquarius 

Hidden truths could come to light now. Confessions that come during anger could create major change in direction. Obsessive thinking, more than usual, could be an outcome, too.

July 12 ~ Venus in Leo Opposing Pluto in Aquarius 

Intense love interactions (for better and worse, could even be dangerous), major money stress, strong fear or desperation around love or money could be overwhelmingly strong. Jealousy and possessiveness could flare astronomically.

July 22-23 ~ Sun in Leo Opposing Pluto in Aquarius

Ego battles, opposing forces to your certainty and sanity grounding points, and a strong desire for control (or someone trying to control you) are likely outcomes of this one. Inner strength could be tested and leadership may be forced out of an individual in a time that doesn’t feel convenient.

One potential positive outcome of all three of these stressors is that everything gets out on the table and more clear decisions can be made to move forward, also, a breakthrough or solution could be spurred from the conflict.

MY TOP FAVE ASPECTS OF JULY 2024:

Remember that you can experience the good vibes BEFORE and AFTER the dates listed as the web of influence extends beyond the day of exact connection. 

FIVE AWESOME ASPECTS WITH VENUS! Positive boosts with Venus to outer planets can bring days before and after of each aspect of glowing goodness! Love, romance, relationships of any kind, money, finances, income, sustenance, nurturance, comfort, and beauty can all flourish under these string of awesome potentials. All of these are great days to do something important. The energy is strong for 5 days BEFORE and AFTER each transit and the closer to the exact date, the strongest. The last on on the 21st is into the shadow period of retro, so maybe one of the three earliest aspect for that, but if it is something shorter term, like a project or an add-in of something already established, could match the energetics.

July 2 ~ Venus in Cancer Trine Saturn in Pisces 

This aspect can support strong, long-lasting relationships and anything instigated on this day can bring positive outcomes for a long time to come.

July 8 ~ Venus in Cancer Sextile Uranus in Taurus

The spark of ingenuity can burn extra bright with this one, bringing with it the chance for monetary or romantic goodies.

July 11 ~ Venus in Cancer Trine Neptune in Pisces

This connection opens the way for soulful experiences. 

July 21 ~ Venus in Leo Sextile Jupiter in Gemini

Joy, abundance, optimism, and pleasure! This aspect has all of these and more great potentials.

July 30 ~ Venus in Leo Trine Chiron in Aries
