November 2023 Astrology  ~ GLORIOUS OPEN STARS with FEISTY FORWARD MOVEMENT + more

Here are some top points to know about the November 2023 Astrology. See my November 2023 Horoscope Videos/Podcasts  for more details and also in the date specific notes towards the end of this written report:

1. We have VERY BUSY SKIES in November! There will be a ton of planetary connections, with extra ‘salt’ (my term for when the planets/sign connections are not getting along). 

2. We are at the tail end of eclipse season. There are two powerful eclipses in October 2023 and both of them will become super active with potential for news related to these eclipses coming in August or September. Eclipse season begins around 4-6 weeks (or more) BEFORE the actual eclipses and the ‘season’ stretches AFTER the eclipses, too. So that puts all of November (even into December) as fair game for more eclipse news and events (although the bulk of the big news does tend to come before and in the eclipse weeks.) You will see continued integration of the information and events related to the eclipse polarities for the signs the eclipses are in and the houses they accentuate in your charts.

Changes to the Me/We sectors and My stuff/Our stuff arenas are major themes from these two eclipse cycles.

We have the second of the Aries/Libra eclipse cycle which began earlier in 2023 with the Black Moon Eclipse in Aries on April 20. For this cycle, we have a Solar eclipse at 21° of Libra on October 14.

This is a powerful time of closing out of themes and storylines that began in towards the end of 2021, when the Taurus/Scorpio Eclipse cycle began. The last of this cycle occurs October 28, 2023 with a lunar eclipse at 5• of Taurus. Major endings and new beginnings are very likely now!

3. Almost all of November is an open period free from personal planet retrogrades. This open period started October 7th when the venus retrograde post transit shadow period ended and the openness runs until around November 26, when Mercury pre-shadow transit period will begin.

This time from October 7 - November 25 is the last period free from personal planet retrogrades in 2023.

Open periods free from personal planet retrogrades can often be easier to make plans (for the current time and the future), have clarity, schedule necessary and optional appointments and procedures, have more clear communication, and an easier time with electronics and appliances. 

Worthy of note on the topics of retrograde is that Jupiter, Uranus, and Neptune are all retrograde this month bringing certain bigger picture plans into the backdrop or magically bringing big plans of the past right into manifestation. Saturn goes direct this month so business, practical, and long-term ventures and plans may start to show signs of waking up (and anyone with Capricorn placements may especially notice this shift forward on Saturnian fronts). 

Overall, this is a time of Glorious Open Stars with Feisty Forward Movement!

4. Strong Libra and Scorpio energies are still dominating this month as Venus spends most of the month in Libra and the Sun, Mercury, and Mars will all do tours through Scorpio.

Libra energies can help you find solutions through connecting with others and the more you use this energy intentionally, the more likely you are to solve pending issues through the power of combining forces with others. Finding helpers may be easier (maybe you just have to ask and be open to receive). Conflicts may come up but always with the potential to find accord. The energy is GREAT for buddying up and blasting through projects together. ‘Better together’ is definitely a theme that will come up now and for situations where you may have discovered that you are definitely NOT better with certain others, this could be a time of parting ways.

5. Scorpio transits of the Sun, Mercury, and Mars bring massive intensity. The urge to merge is deepened with the shifts into Scorpio as legal matters and shared money topics come into the forefront. Emotions will be high this month from these Scorpio influences, as well as the two eclipses. These energies were equally as present in October, as well, so Scorpio themes that you saw come up at that time are likely to continue.

Scorpio energies rule mysterious forces that are often unspoken but felt deeply. Connecting to higher help, through prayer, angels, meditation, and more, can assist with finding solutions and creating powerful positive shifts.

6. The heaviness of the prolonged Scorpio transits (and the dramatic ending of the Taurus/Scorpio eclipse cycle) are buoyed this month by building Sagittarius energies. The Sun, Mercury, and Mars that each rolled through Scorpio earlier in the month, all flow into Sagittarius bringing optimism, broadened perspectives, and the urge (you could even say NEED) for adventure or some sort of ‘horizon widening’ experiences.

The Sagittarius energies are also among the best in the zodiac for teaching and learning, anything involving different languages and culture, and international business or other connections.

7. This year, early holiday shopping is well-indicated to avoid the Mercury retro confusion and drama (like broken items and packages never arriving or coming too late for the festivities). If you make it your mission to wrap up your holiday shopping by “Black Friday” (the biggest shopping day of the year, the day after Thanksgiving), it could jive perfectly with the natural rhythms of the Universe :)

Sweet boosts are more likely on or around these days: 2-3, 6, 8, 15, 17, 17-18, 20, and 21.

Drama or stress are more likely in the days around: 1, 2-3, 3, 4, 5, 8, 10, 11, 13, 15, 16, 17-18, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 29, and 30.

This month is full of annoying aspects. I wish I didn’t have to report it, but it is true. But, it doesn’t have to be terrible and you can have some say in how you use and experience the starry mischief.

When we have months like this, the first thing to know is knowing can prepare you and preparation is the intention, not causing fear. 

Many of the aspects this month are ‘inconjuncts’, which I describe as the energy of ships passing in the night - so big but so unaware of each other presence. There is an awkwardness about these transit that are often uncomfortable.

Two ways to help you prepare for this time are:

~ Stay well-rested - it’s always easier to deal with nuisances after a good nights sleep

~ Baby your nervous system - Sensory deprivation chambers, massage, meditation - basically any health way you can decompress can help you to laugh at the more minor of the mischief this month instead of being thrown off by it

November 11 (and the days around then) - can hold some particularly nerve-jangling potentials as Mars in Scorpio opposes Uranus in Taurus.

November 25 (and the days around then) can bring blocks to expansion or enthusiasm as Mars in Sagittarius (which just wants to have FUN and be in its own flow) makes a square with Saturn in Pisces, bringing irritating authority figures in opposition to fun and flow as it showers water (Pisces) on the whole fiery parade.

Venus in Virgo Trine Pluto in Capricorn ~ Glowing admiration, deep nourishment, sizzling romance, material accomplishment, radical recognition, you name it! This Earth trine builds sensual and financial awesomeness. I love this time for doing anything important that you want to be in effect for a long time to come. 

Mercury in Scorpio Trine Neptune in Pisces ~ Flowing water in a coherent configuration can delight with spiritual understanding and emotional connection. Intuitive nudges can lead you on a special path of magical discovery at this time. Synchronicity may be supercharged at this time. Ask and you are likely to receive. This is a beautiful time for connecting with someone dear to you, meeting your soul mate, receiving a message from the spirit realm, artistic accomplishment, and highly fulfilling quiet personal pursuits.
