April 2022 Astrology ~ SUPER RARE ASPECT ~ NOT SINCE 1856! + Eclipses and more...

 

Here are some top points to know about April 2022 Astrology and some possible effects. See my April 2022 Horoscope videos/podcasts for more details and also in the date specific notes towards the end of this written report:

 

1. Almost double the sweet aspects compared salty and many of the aspects this month are ones that could go either way. How you see things and what you make of what comes is very key to how you experience the potentials!

 

2. Eclipse season is HERE.

 

An increase in anxiety and constant feeling of having finger in an electric socket comes with the eclipse season. The winds of change are actively blowing! April and May have the strongest heat of “eclipse season”, where dramatic endings, exciting new beginnings, intense experiences, non-negotiable changes in trajectory, clearing up of old karma, and setting of new and more positive karmic patterns are all brought into the forefront of experience.

 

The Taurus/Scorpio eclipse cycle became strong in the last quarter of 2021 and is active through all of 2023. Think back to the time from around October 2021 through early January 2022, and further back to the latter part of 2012 through the end of 2014 (and even further back to early 2004 through mid-2005) to see similar patterns of experience. Taurus/Scorpio brings focus to “my stuff vs. your stuff”, money, self-sufficiency, ownership, relationship on all levels. Opportunities to heal deep wounds that have interfered with you going to deeper levels of your relationship with yourself and others will come up and the relationship to material and intangible things is also in the hot seat. Deep evaluation of priorities and individual and joint goals is likely now and life-changing events in these arenas are common during eclipse time in these signs.

 

3. All Personal Planet retrogrades and their shadows are DONE!

Major launch phase is OPEN! TIDES ARE GOING OUT! Time to actively weave new webs, initiate and push. OPEN LAUNCH PHASE MARCH 2 - APRIL 27.

 

April is a fantastic time (one of the best months of the whole year!) for big decision, launches, contracts, big purchases and sales, new projects, business ventures, major relationship steps, moves and so much more! Aries season starts towards the end of the month bringing even more oomph and forward movement.

 

This phase of the tides going out is really important to note and take action during because we only have one more window free of personal planet retrogrades in the whole year of 2022 (June 19 - August 21) because Mars retrograde (plus one more Mercury retrograde) will dominate the rest of the year.

 

4. Strong Aries energies from the Sun and Mercury bringing zest, decisive action, bold decisions, and inspiration.

 

5. Continued strong Pisces energies from the Venus and Mars (plus Jupiter and Neptune) bring a great time for internal reflections, quiet personal pursuits, emotional connections, artistic endeavors, meditation, prayer, inner work/healing, retreat, diving deep into genetics, ancestry, and spiritual processes. These Piscean energies can also bring nebulousness, confusion, and uncertainty. If the Aries energies are not trumping these, then sitting back and waiting could be better indicated, especially if you aren’t feeling fully sure about moving forward.

6. Jupiter Conjunct Neptune in Pisces connect at 23° April 8-12 (with effects lasting from March through May 2022! ~

Jupiter connects with Neptune around every 12 years but these two outer planets haven’t connected in Pisces since 1856!  This rare transit can have major outcomes. See my very detailed video on the topic. You can go to the link here or it is embedded at the bottom of this newsletter.

 

Sweet boosts are more likely on or around these days: 1, 2, 7, 8, 12, 16, 17, 18, 24, 26, 27, 28, 30

Drama or stress are more likely in the days around: 1, 2, 10, 17, 18, 24, 27

April 1 -- Sun Conjunct Chiron in Aries -- This transit may represent an opportunity to directly produce a tangible result of your healing journey. If you let it, Chiron, the Wounded Healer, can infuse your individuality and your mission with a sense of accomplishment in a sign that embodies direct materialization, which can be shared with others, and used as a guiding light. The sting of insecurity or criticism could come up but anything that arises from this transit is likely to pass quickly.

 

April 2 -- Mercury Conjunct Chiron in Aries -- This transit, like the previous transit, is occurring in Aries, the sign of direct materialization. In this case, the Wounded Healer is interacting with your mind.  You may gain a great deal of clarity regarding the reasons behind the paths you have taken on your healing journey, which can in turn inspire you to make improvements to something directly. Communication may come in or go out, that is heavy with judgment. Try to see to any truth beyond angry words now and not get lost in the negativity. This could be a great opportunity to improve communication with yourself, others, and the Divine.

 

April 4 -- Mars Conjunct Saturn in Aquarius -- The themes of this transit are determination, long term goals, and sustained effort.  You may get a boost of ambition, creativity, or desire. The key to success under this transit is discipline. Harshness could come from this combination. It is not a great time to act from anger as the odds that longer-term outcomes could come from something said or done. Let those long-term affects apply to inspired action taken from a loving space and set in motion something wonderful.

 

April 7 -- Mercury in Aries Sextile Saturn in Aquarius -- This is a great time for concentration, hard work, focus, and the active use of logic. You are very likely to consider all courses of action carefully, and take such actions with great care. If you play your cards right, you can do a lot of good for a lot of people, including yourself. If everything seems to be flowing well, this could be a fantastic launch time for something important and long-term.

 

April 8 -- Mercury in Aries Sextile Mars in Aquarius -- This sextile is likely to give you a boost of positivity, originality, and certainty.  You are likely to have clarity of purpose and direction, which can easily be translated into successful action. Thoughts and action blend harmoniously now.

 

April 10 -- Mercury in Aries Square Pluto in Capricorn -- This transit may signal a change of mind, and a change of direction to follow. Transformation is likely to take place at the level of your will, and a change in your preferences is to be expected. It is probably a good idea to avoid rushing into anything on this day.  You might decide you don't want to be there once you're more than halfway there.  Be extra careful walking, driving, etc. moving your body in any way. Distraction and aggression will both likely be strong. Avoidance of conflict at this time could be protective. It is not a good time to antagonize someone on edge, and know that you may not know who is on edge, so tread lightly in general!

 

April 12 --  Jupiter Conjunct Neptune in Pisces -- This potent transit can inspire a sudden expansion of imagination, spirituality, and inspiration. It may toss you so far into the fringes of your own consciousness that it could be difficult to stand. Instead of relying on physical balance, or operating heavy machinery, you might want to use this day to reflect in solitude, write something down, paint something, or pick up an instrument and press record! The energy of Neptune in its ruling sign, Pisces, and Jupiter expanding the energy, can be amazing for spiritual developments and epic breakthroughs. It can also increase confusion, and even, deception. Guard your personal data and belongings, and stay attuned to your intuition, which will likely be off the charts right now.

 

April 16 -- Full Moon at 26° of Libra -- The Full Moon aims to bring balance to your relationships or bring something under the surface to light. If you work with it, you will reap the rewards of doing so. This will positively impact whatever partnerships you focus your efforts on, at multiple levels.  Be sure to celebrate all of your victories.  A little acknowledgement can go a long way. April 17-18 -- Mercury in Taurus Sextile Venus in Pisces - Mercury Conjunct Uranus in Taurus -- This sextile will give you the gift of kindness, eloquence, creativity, and adaptability.  You are likely to have a very active imagination under this influence and can use this to great effect. At the same time, the conjunction has a chance of destabilizing you, making you feel somewhat irritable, paranoid, or anxious. This could lead to conflict in areas that are already out of balance, but could also inspire greater discipline and cooperation where balance has already been instilled.  All the more reason to bring balance wherever possible under the Full Moons influence. An other potential of the Mercury/Uranus conjunction is that it could bring surprising news or interactions, which could be for better for worse. The conjunction is likely to give you a surge of mental energy, which you can use for innovation, or the development of creative solutions. Sudden opportunities may present, just know that the likelihood for them being short-lived is high so you can make you decisions whether to engage as such. Protect from accidents by keeping your awareness high. No texting while walking or driving (ever, would be great!)  but especially now, since an extra dose of attention could be life-saving.

 

April 18 -- Venus in Pisces Sextile Uranus in Taurus — Happy and even possibly sexy surprises could be in store. Equally as likely, a surprise boost to finances or exciting purchase.

 

April 18 -- Sun in Aries Square Pluto in Capricorn — Not everyone may be happy with a recent and sudden stroke of luck. If someone is known to be negative and combative, think twice before sharing your good news right now. Egos are likely to fly and jealousy and power struggles often show up during this transit.

 

April 24 -- Mercury in Taurus Square Saturn in Aquarius Mercury in Taurus Sextile Neptune in Pisces — A square between Mercury and Saturn can trigger anxiety, suspicion, stubbornness, or excessive behavior, which can lead to some serious disruptions if you let it. Also there is a caution for guarding your vehicles and physicality. On the other hand, the sextile between Mercury and Neptune is likely to heighten your intuition, refine your creative faculties, and inspire a sense of hope.  In this case, so much of what you respond to is determined by what you choose. Notice, all of the negative and positive implications of both transits have to do with internal processes. In this way, such a contradiction of influences can be very empowering if you make an honest effort to grasp the steering wheel of your own life and only drive where you truly want to go.   

 

April 26 -- Mercury in Taurus Sextile Jupiter in Pisces --  Brilliant opportunities abound! Refined and careful speech can appeal to the emotions of people with whom you really want to connect. You are likely to have somewhat of a sunny disposition on this day, which can translate to generosity, a fertile imagination, and a strong sense of hope for the future.  From this space, you can set a lot of good in motion.

 

April 27 -- Venus Conjunct Neptune in Pisces -- This transit can go one of two ways. It can easily result in excessive pleasure-seeking activities that reduce personal agency, such as intoxication, but it can just as easily result in the clear decision to allow a higher power to flow through you.  Choosing the latter can result in a much greater understanding of what you are capable of when you choose to act as a conduit for the highest possible good. Confusion and inspiration are equally as likely to manifest. If you are not sure about something, wait until clarity comes before acting. Things may not be what they seem.

 

April 28 -- Mercury in Taurus Trine Pluto in Capricorn -- This trine is about developing the strength and intelligence to face challenges.  It is almost a guarantee that this transit will inspire tremendous personal development at some level. Intellectual work such as writing or fine art flourishes under this transit. If you have clarity at this time, it could be a good launching pad for something important.

 

April 29 -- Pluto Goes Retrograde -- This is time to reflect on the subjects of power, control, and transformation.  Since this is happening in Capricorn, we’re talking about large-scale, collective power, control and transformation. As such, you can be most effective when considering how you could refine long-term, sustainable plans that take a long time to come to fruition but have a broad-scale impact.

 

April 30 -- New Moon Solar Eclipse at 10° of Taurus - Venus Conjunct Jupiter in Pisces -- This eclipse is about restructuring stagnant routines for the sake of personal growth. Doing so is very likely to bring an abundance of opportunities, and a sense of liberation, but it takes work.  At the same time, the conjunction can bring you good fortune in love, and instill a sense of wellbeing. When Pisces energies are present, they often bring a foggy haze or uncertainty. This is a time very active with getting you are on your path of Highest Destiny. Taking time to discern messages and letting the Universe act with clarity instead of you personally trying to force it out of discomfort will make for a much easier eclipse season.
